William E Unkle

William E. Unkle, 72, passed away Friday, November 29, 2019. He was the loving husband of Lauren (Seal) Unkle and they would have celebrated thirty-two years of marriage on December 11. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Bill was the son of the late Edward and Laura (Lewis) Unkle. He retired as a Detective Sgt. from the Baltimore County Police Department after twenty-three years of service. Later he worked for the Maryland Insurance Administration and Krapf Bus Company, as a well-loved driver for the Southeastern School District. Surviving in addition to his wife are his four children and their spouses, Lora Andrews, Matt and Tomi Unkle, Jason and Melissa Unkle, Ben and Emily Unkle, along with six grandchildren. Bill is also survived by four siblings, Connie Harvey, Laura Lloyd, Debbie Huntsberger and Richard Unkle. There will be a memorial service honoring Bill’s life on Saturday, December 14th, at 1 p.m. at St. James Episcopal Church, 3100 Monkton Rd, Monkton, MD 21111.
