Todd Allan Baer

Todd Allan Baer, 57, of New Freedom passed suddenly on December 16, 2020. He was the son of the late Donald Baer and is survived by his mother, Shirley (Matthews) Baer and his beloved sons, Christian Lee and Noah Joseph, his niece, Katlyn Nicole, and brother, Timothy, and two sisters, Denise Baer and Dianna Miller. He joined the family business 15 years ago; prior to that, he was employed by John Hopkins Research Center and Charles Marshall Tree Farm. Todd’s fun-loving personality brought joy to many people. He looked forward to family gatherings and socializing at the local coffee shops. His love for music shines through all the students that he taught. Many families have enjoyed the beautiful Christmas trees that Todd was proud to raise. Our family wants to express a special thank you to the ambulance and medic crew that responded to our call for help. There will be a public viewing from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, December 22, at Grace Fellowship Church Shrewsbury, 74 E. Forrest Ave., Shrewsbury, PA 17361 with a service beginning at 1 p.m. Interment will follow in Christ Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery, Shrewsbury. Please wear a face mask and practice social distancing to keep everyone safe. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Christian and Noah Baer College Fund that the family will be opening at the M&T Bank in Shrewsbury.
