Todd M. Garrett

The family of Todd M. Garrett of White Hall, Maryland, is saddened to announce his passing on August 5, 2023, at the age of 46 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his parents, James ‘Ben’ and Judy (Hammond) Garrett of White Hall, Maryland, his sister and brother-in-law, Heather (Garrett) and Eric Stultz of Rolesville, NC, his nephew, Sam, and niece, Sydney, his dog, Molly, and his pet roosters, Angus and Nugget, as well as numerous relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Charles and Marian Garrett, Betty Hackler and William C. Hammond, and his beloved dog, Gauge.

Todd was a graduate of Hereford High School, Class of 1995. He owned two businesses throughout his life, Perfect Circle and Chesapeake Custom Coatings. He had a gift for mechanics and was known for his creativity, jokes, and generosity. Todd had a love and talent for restoring anything that people brought to his shop. He was happiest working in his shop alongside his Dad, dog, and pet roosters.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to a viewing from 1-3 p.m. on Saturday, August 12 at Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc., 24 N. 2nd St., New Freedom, PA 17349, with a funeral service starting at 3 p.m. Interment is private and at the convenience of his family.
